Default CRJ - DFW or PHX

What bases can new FOs expect on the CRJ side and how long reserve?

Also, how much time would it realistically take to transfer to DFW or PHX?

Most junior PHX FO is 05/2017 hire, DFW is 05/2018. However its really hard to predict if DFW will remain junior due to how new the base is. My guess is it will stagnate once full. That's just my hunch.

Alright this reminds me of a question I've had for a while. The recruitment site says PHX junior FO is 08/2017 hire (I assume that's what you meant?), but is that reserve or line holder? I'm assuming reserve, but no one has been able to give me a sure answer yet.

It indicates the most junior person to hold that base. Almost always reserve.

Are these times still about accurate? About a year to hold Phx? And how busy are Phx fo’s? Lots of flying or plenty of sitting at home?

A little over a year to hold it, about a year and a half to get a line. Line holders get about 87 hours a month of CREDIT. I have no idea how much the reserves get used.
