You try and get hired, get shot down and then claim flying 737s for the rest of your life around pudunk America with red necks in the back is your dream job? I’ll wait and try to get some wide body flying to international destinations and not settle for a consolation prize of a runner up, second tier lower paid airline.

Good for you! Best foot forward domino !

737 is pretty uncomfortable but calling Southwest a consolation prize.....damn!.

Not only that but domino needs to realize different pilots have different priorities. Good on him if he wants the wide-body/international gig, but there are other pilots that treat this career as a “job.” I don’t care what I fly, who I fly or where I fly, I want to get the job done and go home to my wife and kids, that’s my top priority.

Those chasing happiness in their career might be disappointed.

Wide bodies, eh? Atlas is hiring, domino. You’ll get to fly the queen of the skies: The mighty 747. Let me know how I can help you get there.

Curious what the trip mix is like at Skywest - percent of 1 day, 2 day, 3 day, 4 day and 5 day trips.

Thanks!

Depends on CRJ/ERJ but the Denver flying goes coast to coast.
Go to Skywest.com and look at the route maps out of Denver.

I've looked at the route map, for longer than I'd like to admit tbh. Doesn't give any indication of 4 days vs 3 days vs 2 days. Sincerely curious at what a line looks like, and also what people's favorite layovers might be. The route map doesn't answer those questions. Curious about the ERJ
