I just checked that SAPA senioriy graphic and apparently I can hold DEN in the ERJ, but not in the CRJ lol. I specifically went CRJ to avoid LGA/east coast, kinda, and now I'm DTW while ERJ new hires are DEN :D looove it

What is MSP looking like these days? Anyone from your class going there or mostly DTW?

A handful of guys got it in the 2nd bid, so fairly junior.

I'm sorry man but it's a moving target and our partners call the shots where and when they need the fleet

It's all good!, I always keep in mind how this industry works, to avoid disappointment.... Plus still plenty of opportunities, options and career progression. :)

I have a CRJ class date feb 4. As a new hire looking to get DEN, would you suggest I attempt switching to ERJ then? Rumor has it ERJ class dates are randomly moving forward...

I originally chose CRJ to avoid LGA (like you lol), but also because I read on here that theres plenty of flying to be had and shorter reserve times. Does it look like thats changing for ERJ?

You still can get Denver fairly fast to be honest, maybe within 2 months after IOE, maybe less. But truth is new hires on the ERJ just got DEN.
About the amount of flying, I would imagine CRJ still offers more.
Good thing about the CRJ is you can either get COS or DEN and still stay in Colorado.

Got it. 2 months isn’t bad. Guess I’ll stick with crj for now unless I’m convinced otherwise

Small research project / gently considering SkyWest as a potential CP refugee:

The APC profile for OO says there's a match on 4-12%. I must assume that newhires get the 4% variety, but at what percentage? 50% match? 100% match?

Thanks.

1-4yrs 4%
5-9yrs 6%
10-14yrs 8%
15-19yrs 10%
20+yrs 12%

All percentages are a maximum dollar-for-dollar match.
