All percentages are a maximum dollar-for-dollar match.

worth noting new hires get 0% match. 401k starts after year 1. years above are completed years of service. match goes up to 6% when you are on year 6 pay because thats 5 years of completed service

The APC profile for OO says there's a match on 4-12%. I must assume that newhires get the 4% variety, but at what percentage? 50% match? 100% match?

Thanks.

100% dollar for dollar up the percent (years 1-4 = 4%).

I health care is important to you the next years details will be out on Oct 16. Stand by, it sounds like another double digit kick in the teeth.

Health care cost is a un known variable.. I'm not going to commute across the country to save $100 a paycheck on healthcare... I’m hoping the entire employee group starts to push the issue with the company to lower costs.. but its not super out of control compared to friends i have in other fields or airlines.. For those getting into this field young. My best advice that i thank the senior captain that told me this is max out your 401k and then some if you can in your early years..

We didn't always have a 401K to "max out".

Is there a way to see how many target lineholders there are in a different domicile? Or to see where I would fall on the targeted lineholders list?
