Yeah I wouldn't choose based on flow/cpp. Too uncertain.
Contract details, earning potential, and base I guess. And skywest obviously wins the base part. I started the thread focusing on contract/$$ comparison. Problem is most of my friends fly either at Skywest or at Expressjet, so being objective is rather difficult lol. But adding more opinions will help for sure. |

I'll admit when I briefly looked at the flow through it looked promising, I guess not?
Can't dispute having a legal contract. A senior friend of mine in the midst of 175 training said the training has been so cheapened up, nothing of what the programs were like just a few years ago. I don't know of ExpressJet training but our training is becoming a product of accountants. Sad. |
