Nothing to do with pilots, just air traffic management. Since OO single-handedly accounts for a respectable chunk of domestic departures, Chip's as a good a pick as anyone.

Yeah, I know, but it's amusing to think how hard he'll lobby that any CRJ200 that has spent at least two years of its life in Kingman should be exempt.
