With there being SO many options in ORD for airlines I can promise you that you'll likely find a better option than Skywest. The absolute blatant lack of respect upper management has for their pilot group is amazing. They are beyond out of touch. Envoy would be a good bet with new pay scales and a guaranteed flow to AA.

Multiple Envoy friends told me “do NOT come to envoy, you’re better off literally anywhere else right now”

There’s an entire post on it on the envoy forum with all the wailing and gnashing of teeth.
They took away retention and another bonus and increased pay a little bit, So basically the pay didn’t move,
Let’s just say they’re not psyched about it.

If you want ORD or LGA out of training it's nearly guaranteed that you'll get one or the other. I'm just finishing training for the ERJ and my entire class got LGA, the class before us got mostly ORD. Everyone in my class who bid for ORD after being awarded LGA got it, including myself. I don't know what the CRJ side looks like, but for ERJ you're asking for the 2 bases everyone generally gets forced into.

That’s funny. Many Republic and SKW friends I have from the college days with 4 year diplomas just like me have said they wish they had a flow. There’s even a YouTube video from that puppet guy even saying “if you could do the regionals all over again where would you go” and he said he’d pick a WO.
We got our raises, they were only saying that to prevent people from coming here to get the raises, just like every other regional did when they struggled to fill classes while we didn’t

We basically did what Endeavor did, rates aren’t as high which is what got many people upset but we use the C/B pay banding scale which may change with the limited contract reopener next year
