What you heard is FALSE. Will the required minimums change? Yes, but it hasn't happened yet. When they change the minimums, you will see an update on skywest.com...until then, published/required minimums are 1000/100.

I applied on June 14 with 1320/110 and still no call. My friends that fly with Skywest say they are at least 4 weeks backed up right now for just phone calls, hopefully the call will come!

Damn a day late a 100 short, I just hit 1100 TT by instructing 93 hrs for June in the hot Texas summer heat! Arghh this is frustrating but I guess 1200 here I come!

If you're current 121 or furlough, you get a preferential interview before most others. With that, the pace is backed up with furloughs or soon to be furloughs from 9E, 9L, and Eagle....

Hit 1200 then go fly freight for a year or so. Great experience! Amflight or wherever else...

It's the facts.... The last 3 classes that came out were mostly guys from my former employer and there's more waiting to start class in August and End of July.

Yeah AirNet and Ameriflight seem to have some fun challenging flying and I'm not opposed to that at all.

I personally talked to a fella with less than 1200TT that interviewed in late June (just over 1000TT).

But it's July, and I went to the source and got new information. I'll eat crow and tell you that you better get ready for 1500TT (ATP) for minimums...
