Quote: I hope for the sake of the entire aviation profession, and the thousands of educated and professional aviators who painstakingly uphold this profession that you learn how to speak and write like a professional. Guess what, every pilot on here flew a Cessna 172 around forever putting in their dues untill it was there time. I suggest you try and find a mentor in the industry and have them explain to you that being a professional airline pilot is not climbing out of your 172 you're tired of flying and straight into a brand new E175. Good luck to you.

Writing is required but apparently reading comprehension is optional.

Is there some sort of intermediate step? Did I miss it somewhere between the 172 and the CRJ?

Quote: What is SKW CA and FO payrate for the 175?

The base rate is 700 pay, but taking into account that the new scale applies to vacation, training, and deadheads it will work out to more than current 700 pay.

It's fine to create a new thread for significant news.

Rick our 175 rates should be 900 rates or better.

Its actually between 700 and 900 pay. It should be 900 pay however very few people can fly the 900 everyday for a month.

It is 900 rates. With soft time averaged. 80% 900 rates and 20% 200 rates for soft time is the new 175 rate all the time.
