I had the same issue with exporting from the global account, the times were all skewed and it renamed some of the different aircraft types, was a huge mess. I just do each one individually to avoid the errors....

All of mine say closed complete, even the one I just filled out for this new window, is anyone else’s say closed complete for the current window?

Default Mil Conversion Factor

Any clue if we are supposed to input mil sortie conversions on pilot credentials already WITH the conversion factor? Or does SWA internal computer do this upon submission?

I think so. From swa.pilotcredentials:

Q: Can I use a conversion factor when determining flight time accumulated in the military?

A: Yes. Military Conversion: When converting taxi time a conversion factor of .3 or 18 minutes, per leg/sortie should be used. These guidelines are imposed by Southwest Airlines for the purpose of standardizing the calculation of flight time.

They also ask if you used one in the Pilot Questionnaire. Nowhere does it suggest one will be calculated for you and they never ask for numbers of sorties.

Do the conversion. They will not do it for you. Only question I got during my interview was did I apply the conversion.
