Best interview prep company

Does anyone know of a really good company for interview prep for Southwest or one that can help review my application?

Vicki Ross at Ace Interview Prep. Can't speak for the others but super nice, super cool, helpful and ended up getting the job. Also, went out of her way to accommodate me based on a difficult time schedule I had.

I was very happy with the service I got from Centerline, and was hired. The prep I got wasn't much about giving me the "right" answer, but about helping me dig out and properly deliver the best stories from my own past. It was helpful to shake the rust off and present well.

For what it's worth, I've been told multiple times by guys on the interview team that they can spot candidates prepped by Emerald Coast a mile away. Apparently they come across as very canned, and they don't like it because they aren't seeing the real candidate.

If you want to work for SWA, you MUST call Rebekah Krone! She owns a company called Career Takeoff. Just saw them on the 4th of Dec...just found out I have a job! Can’t say enough about her and her company!

I used Emerald Coast and had a great experience. I think the key is to make it your own. I did what they call a "top off" right before my interview, as well as a webinar and a seminar. In the top off they told me to avoid certain keywords that people have used because they are in the material they have you go over. I think other people have just regurgitated what they have heard in the material. I used Checkedandset.com for my resume which led me to Emerald Coast.

I’ll second Vicki Ross. She has great insight into the process at SWA. I used her and got hired. Everyone that I’ve sent to her got the nod as well.

I’ll second Rebekah Krone and career takeoff. She worked at SWA as did most of her team and she wrote most of the training material that the SWA hiring teams use. Her prep for SWA is spot on and updated after every interview cycle. You will not walk in with a canned interview. It is a full prep service from resume/cover letter writing, app check and interview prep. You can pick and choose what you think you need. They are located right there in Dallas and it was a great feeling to do my face to face prep the day prior to my interview and have everything I wanted to say fresh. Good luck with whomever you choose! The key is making the interview yours.

Just be yourself. If they sense the conversation is “canned” then they did not get to know you. The result is the “Thanks but no thanks letter”. This is pretty simple stuff. Sit down and put your resume’ together and visit about your career, yourself, and why Southwest Airlines. Your interviewing for a million dollar carreer with a company. Know why you want to work at SWA. Not just the boiler plate answers, but what is it about SWA that makes you want to be there over all the other options.

I used Centerline when I had my United interview and got the job offer. I know some will say don't use a prep because they give you canned answers. Centerline doesn't do that, what they do is get you use to speaking in public. They basically help you communicate what you are trying to get across. I think alot of us know what we want to say, but when we try and say it does not come out the way we waned it to. They don't change the person you are, they just polish up how you communicate it.
