SWA App flight times question
Hi all,
Is it OK with them to lump all the light piston to just 2 categories of SE Piston and ME Piston? I have 27 different types of aircraft flown and that would take me beyond the window close date to seperate. Thanks |
To my knowledge, the Pilot Credentials flight time format and the preference encourage time by type.
I’d submit what you have in the two basic categories for now (to make the window) but still go through the exercise of separating your time by type so that you can update the PC app when you’ve completed the process. Going the extra mile and being able to document your entire flying experience will help your chances. Just my thoughts. T86 |
I'd love to but its going to take a loooot of time (so much dual given in so many types). Once its submitted I'll update it after I can transfer it all to Logbook Pro. Right now I just want to meet the deadline.

I've got my mine split into SE piston and ME piston as well. Love to hear what they prefer.

They were cool with it. |

That's how I broke it down. They don't care if it's a Seminole or a Seneca, a Warrior or an Arrow. It's all equally worthless (I joke ... sort of).

I have a similar situation. I broke out all the different aircraft by type if I had more than 5 hours in it. Anything less, I put in groups of similar types (SE tri-gear, SE tailwheel, Light ME piston) I did put all C-150/172s together and PA-28 variants together in their own groups. I figure if they see how much effort I put into giving them the detailed info they're asking for, maybe they'll assume I'll put in the extra effort if they hire me. It was a lengthy process but the potential benefit is huge. Fingers crossed.

I have flown 20+ C-130 variants. Would I need to break those out by each variant or call it all "C-130"?
