How long between no vote and new TA?
Hi,
I'm a furloughed United guy permanently stuck at JB due to a lack of recall bypass rights and a notification of post recall second furlough. It is what it is.
At Jb we have an AIP that is lacking in some important areas and the only compelling argument I've heard to vote in favor of it was tha, if we vote it down, the outcome of the new AIP probably wouldn't overcome the losses we took during the year or two it took to get the new one.
I personally feel that since our operation is in shambles and Morgan Stanley downgraded our stock because of the labor strife, it shouldn't take to long, but I wanted to ask the Delta and Southwest guys what your experiences were.
How long did it take to get a new AIP after you shot down the first one?
Thanks for your help.

I don't understand what you mean "being stuck" at JB? If you were furloughed at UAL don't you have 10 yrs from time of furlough to make a decision? And we are currently bringing back furloughed guys as we speak. So, how are you stuck?
