Default 737 Max ANR headset

My company recently started operating the Max 8, we’ve been having difficulties using ANR headsets such as the Bose A20 or the ufly mike set up with Bose. REU diodes keeps getting blown, flight ops team is working with Boeing but it’s seems to be a slow progress.

Has southwest had any issues with ANR headsets specially the A20 or the new Bose pro flight. Thanks for your inputs.

I haven’t heard anything. Only a handful of people have actually flown it here, once or twice.

I'm not SWA, but I've flown the MAX-8 at AA for about 20 legs now, and never had an issue with my DC Pro-X, nor have I heard of anyone else having any problems.

Flown it many times without headset issues.

Same here... I use Bose A20, no problems whatsoever.

Are you just using the two prong plugs ? My old company on 175 had a problem with people using the eight prong outlets too. Ours don’t have those installed but 737s come in all kinds of configurations
