Well F’ed in ELITT again.

ELITT has been nearly useless since spring 2019... If you can't hold weekends off you aren't getting any weekends off (well .... fight club ) Maybe some day we will get back to lines built with one weekend off so it becomes useful to switch which weekend you have off..... I'm not holding my breath.

Elitt takes a lot of effort. My initial plan didn’t even survive first contact with CWA.

While I still log on to ELITT on opening day, I don't plan on accomplishing much unless I have to get something off a day that will go red and stay red.

I bid weekends in September to create a conflict and drop a 3 day. I am all but certain that over the course of the month, I will be able to move my weekend trips into weekdays. My secret method goes like this:

Patience

I am not on my phone all the time and don't like doing work stuff when I am not at work, but ELITT is key to making my schedule work every month. I don't even bid a line based on my desire to fly the trips any more. It's pointless anyway.

I will say opening day of ELITT is really useful if you’ve been looking for an excuse to get a new computer or tablet. You’ll need one after you throw yours against the wall when you get your 50th “open time trip is no longer available” message.

Or September 2nd and 3rd is red all the time.
