Yes to both. There are really very few that we're missing. BA is definitely the biggest one, then Japanese and Chinese are missing, too.

Kenya Airways is on my list of todos.

KLM is another good one, the UK has really high departure tax so leaving the UK I usually hop over to AMS and then take KLM or DL back to the USA.

We also just added Air France, and Lufthansa has always been a good option for Europe also.
