Congrats.

How was your LOI?

When is your DB?

LOI was interesting. Aviation interviews pretty much sums it up in their website. I truly feel like they want you to succeed. I said a few things in the interview hr/panel interview that weren’t the worst answers but I definitely could have answered legitimately better :). Time will tell. :) sry what do you mean DB?

Decision Board.

If they are calling your references, it’s a good sign.

Yes, that’s what I meant.

Refs called, or drug screen requested [pretty much] means you passed the interview. It’s now time to check for ‘skeletons in the closet’. Everyone in my interview group that first had received the drug screen request or the refs being called, had the other happen next within a day or two.

Best of luck!

Oh sorry, my DB is this upcoming Wed (6/26). They called 2/3 of my internal references, 1 external reference (a captain from old position that was in the base I managed), and drug tested me. Hoping for that call! lol loved every minute of this experience, and the wait is much harder than the interview! :)

Pilots from my interview group had a DB on 4/24 and classes of 6/11 or 7/9 to start.

Understand.

Sounds like a positive trend in your case. Best of luck!

Interesting...drug testing before a CJO usually means that the projected time between a CJO and class date is short.

That happened with me, and I was given the option for a class with less than 2week notice from CJO. Happened quick!
