AMEN!!!!!!!!! It’s about time to DIVERSIFY your risk. Westjet now has multiple fleet types beyond the 737NG and even Ryanair in Europe acquired another airline with A320s (Lauda).

Yup. Agreed. Average age of fleet is quite young, pilots already trained on Fifi, routes to a lot of places SWA wants to expand into, and fairly low stock price currently.

The sky is not falling. They have dozens of the Max parked, and are out of space. There is nothing in the article that Boeing is throwing in the towel on the Max.
