Hi everyone. I have had my stuff in at SWA for some time and I would like to be considered in the upcoming window. The problem is that I can’t seem to log on to my resume/ application. The site keeps telling me that it will send me an email and that I need to follow its directions prior to logging in. I’ve gotten one email in several attempts but no luck there either. It just throws me back out to the beginning. What to do next?

Are you talking about Pilot Credentials? There may be a direct email or phone number to contact them.

Yes don’t forget there are two locations. Pilot Credentials and company page. Unless they are doing things differently now...

It is supposed to open on Mon Feb 24th.

For Letters of Recommendation, is there a specific format anyone can recommend. Is it necessary for my buddies who are writing the LOR to hand sign, or will a name with contact number suffice? Thanks.

Hand signed is best if possible, but I had a couple that weren't signed or maybe had a digital signature of some sort and I still got hired. I don't think I've read or heard anything official saying signatures were required.

I got the “unfortunately you weren’t selected for the interview” email today, caught me off guard. With the Max grounded, is SWA still doing much hiring?

They always flush the system before they open a new window. Window opens next week so it makes sense that they clean the slate from the last one.
