What about pay rates? When you go to the next year of service I assume the pay rate increases?

That's addressed in the FAQ. You get longevity and contractual raises.

exactly what I'm thinking. Same boat. However, I doubt they'll keep us out 5 yrs.

I hope they keep running bids for this if it’s still necessary. It doesn’t make sense for me now but I’d probably take ExTO for six months or a year in a few months.

I wouldn't count on there being another bid for ExTO. The one closing July 15th is the only one planned. I would expect another one only if not enough people apply, and looking at the conditions of the plan, I think there will be a huge interest. I'm a 4th year FO and I worry I'm too junior to hold the ExTO. I'm seriously censidering 1 year leave but I doubt I'll be alble to get it.

There is a virtual town hall for pilots today June 2nd at 1400 Central. If you're looking to get questions answered this is the place. Check your company email for a June 1 Covid-19 update from flight ops for the link.

I couldn't log in, it must have been too late to sign in. Anyone willing to share the highlights after it's over? Thanks!

ACP said today they’re giving it VSP/ExTO to anyone who wants it. They’ll recall as needed.

Said they were hoping to reduce the headcount by 1500 or so and feedback from pilots has been really positive in the office.
