In PHX they would be about 310 out of 375, many upgraded in 2015.

October bid is out. 85 upgrades. That's an improvement over the 60 that they told us a few weeks ago. Wonder what changed?

Took a look...as expected, a bad time to be a junior FO. FO vacancies will appear again when spots are needed for new hires, I'm guessing that will be January....
