Deck parties, flag ties and hanging out in the CP office. What more could one ask for, I would do this job for free .

At Southwest, it’s right around 62%.

So… the question is, why would a pilot come to Southwest, and more importantly, why would a new Southwest pilot stay at Southwest?

I'm not sure that 62% is right. I'm 65.5% according to the SWAPA seniority snapshot and I'm still 600+ numbers below the most junior captain.

I assume you're being sarcastic. Our contract trails the legacies (plus Spirit and JetBlue in some sections) in virtually every way.

Yeah I can't go along with that considering our contract trails the legacies (plus Spirit and JetBlue in some sections) in virtually every way.

That's the historical number. Give it six months and things will settle out.

Theres a reason upgrade in SFO is at 90%….

I’ve got friends who could’ve held SFO CA years ago and say, “not a f’n chance in hell I bid that garbage”.
