My buddy got off of IOE and was JA the next day. Welcome aboard! 50+ days of training then 2 days off till IOE. Then a JA. Wowzers

Lies. Everyone gets two days off labeled NQ after IOE. I understand making a point about too many JAs going around, but lets not throw out non-truths.

weird, after my OE I called training scheduling and got my board unlocked to pick up a trip the next day. Is it in the contract that we get 2 days NQ after IOE?

I had scheduling call me on a day off to see if I could fly a trip…before I had started OE. Good times.

You may be correct with the wording , but I will bet 100 bucks they where reassigned, The NQ can be taken off their board . Calling it something else does not stop the point that this place is JA ing ( reassignment) way to much .

Ill agree with you on that. It needs to be fixed. They should be required to call every pilot on the list to find a volunteer and never force someone into a day off. Or better yet, keep upping the price until someone bites- 200%,300%, etc

I saw it too. The NQ can be removed by training immediately if they need to. I’m pretty sure it’s just there to verify the paperwork from IOE is sent in to training for their records before a new hire starts consolidating.
