Anonymous posts online? Some of the interactions here are via mom’s basement….or the axe grinding of a guy who got culled from the hiring process, or some kid expanding his flight sim experience with contract talks…. Nobody takes any of this seriously. There is no way to know who is legit.

Nah - I’d blend. In fact, I’d be vocal about my disdain for the company. Other disgruntled folks would identify with me, and eventually reach out in DMs over the years. I’d slow roll it. Everyone would know how the company done me wrong and they’d confide in me behind the scenes, never suspecting because I “obviously” am one of them. I’d even be suspicious of them, and make them prove THEY are real privately. (Any of you share your employee id with someone like that?). Duh

Some people ask prodding questions before entertaining a hiring opportunity. I know many 121 guys, and most are sharp and great dudes. Give them some credit. Not all are one-track minds.

Maybe you’re torqued that there is freedom of choice right now. Look at your avatar - your decisions were all made for you, and you appear to hate it (but it would make for a great mole profile!)
