Bob Jordan on Good Morning America. Eager to make it right with customers.

What about employees?

Packing up his golden parachute.

I hope not. He owns this, and has a vested interest in making it right. The next guy can claim not his fault….plus a change could delay the contract more I’d guess.

I’m pulling for Bob to step up. Get ‘er done!

BJ still answers to the chairman of the board. Same chairman of the board that put nothing into this company ( infrastructure ) for 17 years while he was CEO

Step 1 to fixing SWA is summarily firing Gary K. and removing all mention of him from the history of the company (including any simulator signatures and airplane tail numbers) Step 2 is buying and implementing proper crew scheduling computer systems. Step 3 is dumping all the worthless brownnosing middle managers in the same trash heap with Gary and launching them all into the Sun along with SkySolver.

No. Don’t hold back. Tell us how you really feel!

Launching them into the sun is so extra. 😂

They’re still insisting on TV interviews it was mainly due to a historic storm. It’s like living in a bizarro world.

perhaps the sun is a bit much... better a tour of Pluto, that way they can report back on its status as a planet and find out how DEI is going there too.

Elon might be able to help with that. Seriously.

Someone should pull out this HK quote and let the world know that losing sight of this is what caused it.

“Your employees come first. And if you treat your employees right, guess what? Your customers come back, and that makes your shareholders happy. Start with employees and the rest follows from that.”
—Herb Kelleher
