My only wish is that we could offer the exit rows to jumpseaters. When I jumpseat offline I'm almost always offered either an exit row or first class. Seems the very least we could do To return the favor.

After 9/11 Southwest Flight Ops put out a message (I think it was in a RBF) that they wanted Jumpseaters and Deadheaders to sit near the front of the aircraft. That message has not been rescinded.
