I figured it would be:

Go to SWA.

Get Hired by Delta.

It's mostly just HR stuff now, logbook review etc. Have a "why Southwest" answer that isnt canned. Despite what you read here, they are still turning people away so take it seriously if you are interested. Otherwise, there are no gotcha questions or moments, just trying to determine if sitting next to you for a few days at a time is doable.

Good info on recent interviews with regard to process and questions asked. It was pretty accurate and helpful for just knowing what to expect. Need to pay for the month, really only need it a few days, but it's worth it.

Should be a walk in the park then

just remember, the pendulum has swung. It used to be when interviewing at the big three and you had a 737 type , they wanted to make sure you would not jump ship to WN. Now it is the other way around .

Wonder when it will swing again?

What's that saying, "the only thing that never changes is that things always change".

I imagine our stock is near bottom now and will start back up over the next year as we hammer out a contract and the seniority progression grinds to a halt at the big 3. They have hired so many over the last couple of years I think they are about saturated, or will be soon.

Has anyone that recently interviewed heard back yet ? I interviewed 05/24 haven’t heard anything yet just curious if anyone was in the same boat
