Well that would not surprise anyone if were true. What did Jody tell a guy asking about some of the language on the contract? That his concerns over medical lauguage had become a "side show'? I wonder if he would have said that to the 1200 WARN guys who were concerned about getting layoff notices now that the company was going to be giving all these new pay raises, and LCO "soft money" that will never bear much fruit. I highly doubt it!

thanks Otie, appreciate you thinking of me every month. Enjoy that 2.5% raise year 5,6,7,8,9+. The precedent for less than full retro is done and we'll never get that back so think of that on Feb 20.

But not according to SWAPA then. "You guys are going to make so much money". All BS as usual coming from SWAPA.
Um, go back and listen to it again. SWAPA estimates that in 5% of cases LCO will pay less than current work rules.

If you’re going to paraphrase what they said then don’t conveniently skip that part. Truthfully, us line swine don’t know how all of this “soft money” is going to play out, but your over-the-topness really doesn’t lend to your credibility.

They sure did. Most that got those options now know that it was a mistake to take those in place of rates. History repeats itself. Those that never received any options or had them stay under water got screwed by the few that benefited. History will repeat itself again.

not applying to me any more:
maternity leave
bonding care

Add to that the monetary gains, which is a direct correlation to QOL (I can lower my monthly need to pick-up, lowering my days required at work)
And when exactly can I expect these items to actually affect my paycheck/QOL?

OH, so now you think SWAPA is being truthful to you after the AT merger and SL9 mess? I'm busting a gut laughing at that!
