SWAPA has become nothing more but a stepping stone to SWA manegment. Just look at the former SWAPA guys now in management, it is long and disturbing.

Has become? If anything, there's less of that now than ever before, at least in my 3 decades here.

While there are certainly still issues and a few problem children, (obviously), overall, SWAPA 2.0 has gotten us far closer to an industry standard contract since 2016, than all of the previous admins combined since SWApA's inception.

Prior to 2016, every SWAPA administraion worked FOR management first, against the pilot groups best interest to varying degrees.

Many of those "tireless volunteers" ended up in management, and are still actively screwing the pilot group, to this day.
