Can you get LAS as a new hire?

As of the today...no.

Very hard to say how long it will take to hold it. The current junior FO in Vegas has been here almost two years, but they are only 350 pilots from the bottom. We will probably hire 200-300 this year and 500-600 next year so I'd say within a year would be realistic.

If they start to move pilots back west for ETOPS reserve it might get shorter than a year. No guarantees however.

MCO, MDW, and BWI are junior. MDW is not a bad commute from LAS.

They've stated 140 this year and haven't said what next year will bring. I think 500-600 is high.

I think you mean Red-Eye reserve, but I agree, when that gets added there will be a movement back West.

140 on top of the 225 on property already.

500 ish seems to be the going rumor amongst the group and would match attrition and fleet changes.

500-600 would basically just keep pace with attrition, increased disability, a few new planes, and increase in red-eyes for next summer.

So if LAS is going more senior is it safe to assume OAK and LAX are relatively the same?

Correct, but only relatively so.

The base/seniority snapshot now is going to be completely blown up by any sustained hiring.

The new base coming is going to make all current bases hard to get for the next 2 years

If gates open up at DFW would that be considered a new Base? If still a possibility what is the projected timeline for DFW gates?
