Given the fact that Elliott management took away everything that made SWA SWA and now its the same as fhe big 3, how much longer can the airline hold for before diverting to Ch11 or worse (liquidation/merger)? Alot of negative sentiment among customers over the new policies, especially the assigned seating, which is spreading like wildfire on social media.

This is honestly the best thing I have read all day.

I assume it's trolling, or rage baiting as the kids call it these days. In any case, bravo.

What on gods green earth are you talking about dude, we are NO WHERE near having to declare CH11... if there's ANY airline to be watching, its AA.

But if nothing differentiates us from the competition then what reason aside from price or destination do customers have to fly our product and not the competition? If anything once a customer gets a total price after bag fees and such the price paid can at times be even more expensive than flying the big 3, and their fare products INCLUDE a bag allowance.

I like the way you think. This place would have been better off keeping GK for another 17 years.

And yet the overall airline sentiment from a customer standpoint, especially on social media, is that SWA is now Spirit/Frontier in a different paintjob.

Because everyone knows social media is where you get all the facts and answers about everything.

These are customers telling everyone their experience using SWA both the good and the bad. If everything that made SW SW got taken away by Elliott what else does the airline offer in product value that the big 3 dont already offer? What should Elliott do to differentiate SWA from the competition?
