Dallas went senior for the Wright growth. There are a few junior guys who snuck in there over the summer. Houston is in a similar situation. West coast is still very junior, with OAK and PHX seeing the most junior FOs. Other than that, same same. I think once Atlanta opens up, many of the airtran peeps are going to head that way, so there will be some more shuffling around.

MDW has a good mix of junior and senior folks. Plenty of new hires and recent upgrades are there. I have flown a few trips out of there, and I really liked the people. Generally a younger and more outgoing crowd. There are quite a few commuters there, and the crashpad situation there as well as the number of flights lends itself to commuting. It is swa's biggest crew base right now.

OAK: 3/2012-9/2014
LAS: 4/2014-9/2014
PHX: 7/2014-8/2014
DAL: 3/2014-6/2014
MDW: 4/2014-8/2014
Based on this I think it's safe to say you'll probably hold any of these bases within 6 months of starting class. Let me know if you want any other info.
