Just a single data point:

I'm a regional airline pilot. The company I work for is offering time off without pay, all bases, all seats. We're not shrinking, we're not losing flying. We were able to hire and train more pilots than are actually leaving.


Don't for a second think that scope giveaways will solve themselves.

Thanks for your perspective, Pete. Yeah, anyone who thinks that a supposed pilot shortage at the regionals is some sort of scope protection for us needs to be stripped of their medical.
