Sorry you're disgusted. Spirit Airlines isn't an "officer and gentlemen" type airline and some of our guys are a little rough around the edges. We have had a few nice guys accidentally get hired here recently and the smarter and more polished ones have moved on and those of us that are stuck here are getting very frustrated and insecure. I suspect the ones that have left for greener pastures are living in Peachtree City now. Having seen and used violence as a means to an end I despise its use and I personally would never again resort to that tactic but sadly it does get results when all other strategies fail.

As an AA guy I'm 100% convinced that this pay raise and the continuing mid-contract adjustment negotiations are a direct result of our union and pilot group's resolve. We were asked not to float vacation and 80% of us didn't. We were told not to rush, and we don't.

You guys are on the same path. Keep fighting.
