The silent MAJORITY!
Instead of chastising the small percentage a pilots here that sell us under the bus(pun intended) by saving the day and picking up JRM's, MUP, working special deals, trading trips last minute to get home earlier...going above and beyond for themselves...
Let's celebrate the majority of us that hold the line here and make the sacrifice monthly! The percentage of us is growing and we will get the contract we deserve!! AA did it by not floating.. WE can do it by flying only your line!! Your commitment is exemplary and it's making a difference! One pilot at a time! Keep a stiff upper lip and hold the line!! WHATEVER IT TAKES!!!

Until we get 100 percent participation we must do "whatever it takes" to get everyone on board even if that means shaming the shameless.
Unity, absolute UNITY, is our only strength. Anything short of that is impotent.

Agreed 100%.. but you won't get that. Ask SWA, ask JetBlue, ask DAL.. they all had/have their 10% of self serving punks.
