Default Our ask needs to go up

With AA getting mid cycle raises industry standard just got more expensive. Time to adjust the ask!

Our current "average" ask is sliding towards the bottom before we negotiate away another X percent.

We better fix this and fast.

BubonicBendo complained the FAs kept changing their ask. Can't imagine why since they took 7 years to get a contract! Guess he's going to complain more about us.

Our ask need to go up to above industry standard so we have some room to negotiate back to industry standard. Start at industry standard and where do you end up? It is called negotiating since each side has to give some. If we give some from average we end up below average.
