Who is that? Your CEO? In 2016 he earned about $1.3m with another ~$6m tied to stock which is now worth $3m after the drop haha.

Well they have a training contract I beleieve.

Attrition is the highest its ever been. WE LOST A 1/3 of the guys we hired in 2017 and training failures are at 8%

At $38/hr that doesn’t surprise me. That is higher than I was expecting though. Damn.

You guys need a raise and pronto, get a short contract and start it again in 2-3 years.

I wonder when the company will start offering bonuses a la the regionals to new FOs?

No doubt we'd see a training contract before a hiring bonus. This place has always been sticks over carrots.

Frank Lorenzo was once asked, "When are you going to pay the pilots more?"

"When you make me," he replied.
