My current QOL = <0.
Pay = Subpar.
Schedule = Nonexistent.
Request a vacation or day off? = "Hahaha NO"
Always On Call.
How does 16hr+ days all week sound?
Etc. etc. etc.

I want a schedule!
Willing to take first year pay cut.
A320 ain't a bad type.

Dude just go away, you are only going to get hate and jokes thrown your way and rightfully so. Spend two seconds on any of these forums or ask anyone who works here so they can tell you what a dump this place is. I know you were expecting sunshine and rainbows but this place is anything but that. Envoy is opening up a MIA base, go there and get paid better than you would here with a flow to a real airline.

Dude I'm sorry. I couldn't resist, that was kinda funny. If you want to really want to come to Spirit I wish you the best luck. I could honestly see Management making that pitch to perspective new hires. "Guys if you come to Spirit you will fly an A-320 and you will have new hire training in our tropical FLL training center that has nice warm weather all year round so don't forget your swimsuit as well as your study books." And the new hires saying "oh yeah, man I got to get me some of that warm weather"

But yeah man seriously you'll like it at Spirit we are expanding. You will soon be getting more options as a base like IAH, DEN and this spring will be adding LAX as a base (if your in to nice weather)

We will be adding many cool routes we have already announced as you probably know GYE, CMH, RIC. And we are also adding other places like Cali, Colombia (cool hiking), Port-of-Spain (nice beaches), and Manaus, Brazil (hot babes). There will definitely be plenty of cool places to go to.

I think most people coming to Spirit have that 50% raise in mind. If you look at year one salary only then you aren't thinking clearly. In 10 years you could potentially be making 160k. It's not even close to the worst thing in the industry. Not close to the best either.
