Strictly Airbus A320 comparison senior CA.

AA 263 X 76 X 12 = $239,856

DAL 256 X 65 X 12 = $199,680

UAL 264 X 70 X 12 = $221,760

HA 245 X 75 X 12 = $220,500

NK 185 X 72 X 12 = $159,840

Yea but you’re talking about 25+ year with AA.. roughly top 15% get that $$$

777 -1987 DOH
787- 1990 DOH
330 -1985 DOH

If hired today at the age of 40, you will see 5-8 years of CA group IV pay, maybe!

767 is group III - $276 (Jan $285) - 1999 DOH

I agree. Just providing perspective at the best case scenario which as you alluded is more like what you provided.

Out of curiosity, what rates are you using to derive those numbers?

AA rate is right on for group IV (777,787,330) He’s using short-call reserve guarantee of 76.

Yup that seems pretty accurate. Once again though, why are you using our current numbers vs theirs? It's not like we are planning to vote in the numbers you are using. NK pilots are well underpaid ( surprise surprise) but you can't use current contract numbers and compare them to a contract that is 8 years old.

P.S. the new top pay rate offered by the company ( that we won't accept) would put Spirit at $215,879.

No point in using "what if" numbers, just because we may get a new contract at some point doesn't mean i'm gonna compare us with others with just random made up numbers. And I hope that my fellow pilots don't settle for those crap pay rates the company sent out.

Those are all 12 yr numbers vs our 15yr. It should show our 12

No you only use numbers in YOUR favor. If you think those are random made up numbers you must not work here. Those are actual number sent to us and we still easily turned them down. Do you think those numbers will go down? Spirit has a very smart group and we won't vote in a crap deal but you must use realistic numbers.

Okay.... so why would I use numbers that we rejected...? What pay rates would you like me to use then cupcake?

I was simply showing top end captain pay, not a 12 year CA comparison.
