The NMB and government shutdown.
Check your email
Why and the hell cant the NMB set additional bargaining dates tentatively? They should know the govt will be funded after these clowns in Washington stop their dick measuring contests. If a shutdown does last through tentative dates obviously no one meets but to not even set dates sounds completely asinine. What a joke the NMB is. Oh, and progress was made... F Spirit! F the NMB! Merry Christmas |
You telling me the Christmas bonus won't be here before Christmas?

This isn’t progress! It’s soirit stalling again to avoid industry standard. It’s a GD impasse! Ready to strike!!!!

Haha, who in the world would go to G4 in the first place? A massive MX turd that isn't even a real airline, but a travel company with TDY bases and a schedule that doesn't actually exist. Enjoy

Your 2400 hours got you a call at spirit but about half of what you would need to get called by Allegiant. Plenty of spirit pilots with apps at G4. No G4 pilot is trying to go to spirit. Anyway, not here to poop on your parade. Was hoping to see you guys were making progress. Everyone is routing for you and F9. Keep up the good fight!

They did sign an industry lagging contract but they don’t have to be ashamed they just have to own it. All 10 years of it. But I’ve never badmouthed them as pilots saying some could get hired there and not here or that guys would never leave here for there. They are a great group with a crummy contract and so are we. It isn’t like our poop doesn’t stink.
And any time I’ve mentioned their contract it was in the context of what not to do in this round not to appear superior to them because right now we are not. |

As soon as you come out and state again and again how they signed a substandard industry lagging contract and should be ashamed of themselves. Spirit pilots would never of voted to approve such a disgraceful piece of garbage.

Well some G4 Capts cleared north of $400k gross this year so if thats lagging then giddyup! :D
Every airline has high earners from either working the system, working like a slave, or sometimes both. Not saying it’s wrong just saying it’s not an apples to apples comparison and it absolutely isn’t guaranteed money. The only thing to vote on is things that are in black and white and $400k isn’t in black and white in the Allegiant contract. The premium pay for credit over (is it 80hrs?) is a very nice incentive I would love to have. Again no ill will toward the Allegiant Pilots. I have friends there and it’s a great group. |

Yeah dude....... we already know we're underpaid. Good thing I don't ever seem to fly with people like the dipsticks we have on this site. If you aren't aware, everyone is already ****ed off and the work rules don't exactly do much to deter us from being angry. But congrats on trying to copy what many have felt cool saying for more than TWO years now.

Nope, just sick of the tards on here saying the same thing over and over again like they are somehow part of a relevant conversation. My rant really wasn't about you but the masses ( maybe 10 or so ) on here. However you did say " you mad bro " so once again another original thought on APC.

72 has always too seemed low. Half month off, 15x5=75 Guarantee 13 days off 17x5=85 Guarantee 14 days off 16x5=80 guarantee |
If every other PBS carrier out there experienced that change during bankruptcy/concessionary contracts...why are our guys embracing it at an all time industry high? One would think the NMB, if presented the argument, would give a rats a$$ what the company claims they can afford, if they were shown how costly their operations are run on a daily basis by the same guys saying they can't afford average pay rates. How do spirit pilots know what's being said at the table if guys get shut down during conference calls?
