so when this TA gets voted in on Feb 28, we lose our transition conflict protection immediately, is that correct?

I would certainly get this cleared up but IF it passes you’re march line will have already been adjusted under our current contract. So essentially in March you will get benefit of the current transition language and the pay of the new contract. It’ll probably be your best month for the next five years. Again get it cleared up for sure.

As per most recent Q&A email, March transition conflicts will be paid as per current (2010) CBA.
