Look through my past posts in regards to how this TA would turn out. I nailed it but the whole time was chastized for rubbing the crystal ball. In a nut shell I said it would be gutted work rules with 30%-40% less money. Hmmm must say my crystal ball never fails me.

I hope for our sake and your (JB) we flush this otherwise you guys will be hurt too. Imagine the mediator going “well Spirit Pilots make less then you, why should you get a raise?”

To be fair our pos moderator only looked at percentage of raise increase in which the average raise came out to be 43%, the highest ever offered in the history of the RLA. So she was happy because again all she saw was the percentage raise and not actual numbers. Hopefully yours is wayyyy better than the one we got hosed with.
