But yes normal for the majority of the pilots not to look beyond the pay scale! Who read, can be required by scheduling to remain at the airport, you will receive 2 hours of pay. And now, who read into that? What is the time limit they can keep you there? 10 hours, 12 hours?

How about this one, in the PBS LOA: ...if after 12 months...disputes remain...the arbitrator will CONSIDER SPIRITS OPERATIONAL NEEDS when ruling.

Or this one in the reserve section SCR/LCR responsibilities...shall report ready to depart prior to 3 hours from initial call. Not very clean language, how’d you like to be on LCR , get the call and then in trouble for Nate making it within 3 hours?

Lol thats not how LCR conversion to short call works hahaha

I met one F.O. today that is for the TA. He said he has a class date at SWA but if he were to be staying here he would vote “HELL NO” Obviously, he wants the bonus. Also, he is only 30 numbers from upgrade.

I have only done one trip since it came out.

The guy I’m flying with right now said he is embarrassed to be wearing his SPA lanyard. (He told me to type that).

Just the reply from someone who didn’t read past their row of $$$.

It doesn’t reference a LCR converted to SCR...it only says, “must report...3 hours.”

Surely you can’t imaging a world where and dropout labor law attorney couldn’t pick that apart.

So much of this language is so sloppy, I am wondering where my $5k plus of dues money goes.
