if you upg before aug 2015 you get more, its one of the questions on the formula

Green Giant 02-07-2018 04:41 AM

Yes but if you upgraded after that date, it asks what day you finished OE.

Umm, same here but the calculator said $61K. Maybe the upgrade time matters.

Yeah it does. Its based on amount of bid periods in seat

I had to use my computer to see it. It wouldn’t work on my Mac based products.

Outsider wondering how, if ratified, the bonuses are being split? For instance, what is the difference between, say a 2 year F/O to a 6 year F/O? Purely curious.

I believe it has to do with how many credit hours you average per month since you've been here.

4 yr FO, 65 hr/month, comes to around $47000K according to their spread sheet

It has nothing to do with credit hours. It has to do with number of active bid periods during the amendable date, position, and longevity.

Do you do any research?

correct, the credit hours is to calculate how much the hourly pay rate would affect your annual salary. the bonus is based just off seat, upgrade date and hire date

Just curious what everyone thinks about Alpa taking dues out of the bonus? Should this happen or not? I'm undecided.
