13 days off a month is the same it is now. 4 days between pairings is the same. Keep spinning all you want. So the same amount of days off with lots of extra money.. what are you gonna do with it? His raise may be taken back by PBS. He probably has a “special relationship” with crew Scheduling and that will not benefit him under the TA. With the raise, elimination of transition, PBS, and the X/Y list (which will be transparent), his deals for all that WDO and MUP will be gone. In the end he will be forced to bid a line and fly it, then go home and enjoy his days off without worrying about the phone ringing, and make the same (probably more) money.
