So what do you think will happen to the pairings. And you don’t have to get all ****ty in your answer. How about just a discussion.
If I can get my credit in fewer days I like that. If they stay like this I get paid more. I like that too. I’m guessing the whole idea of PBS is to reduce crews and/or increase efficiency. If they make a bunch of crappy inefficient lines does that not defeat the purpose of PBS.

You forget part about leprechaun delivering line on back of unicorn with rainbow coming out of backside. This is sure thing as pairings not changed. Beside, optimizer make pairings, pbs assign pairing. You should go to roadshow and ask questions, get educated.
