I have been seeing a lot of debating on why to vote Yes or why to vote No, and everyone is entitled to their opinion. Just remember on Feb 28th whatever the outcome is that we are all on the same team. One side is not going to be happy, but we need to put this to the side and stayed unified. There is nothing wrong with debating your side right now, but once the vote is over we need to come together as one pilot group. That includes supporting our MEC and NC. I have seen some No voters who have posted on here saying " I support my MEC and NC They Speak for Me" in the past, this doesn't mean they can't vote no. I am just saying we should still support our MEC and NC even if our own outcome is not the one we wanted. If we don't and stayed divided guess who wins? Yep Management, they would like nothing better than to see this group get divided. Well that is my rant, countdown is 10 days away, so keep fighting for what you think is right, and have fun doing it.
