I think we’ve pretty much trashed each other and this thing to death.
Fact is I’m not going to change your mind and you are not going to change mine, as much as everyone wants to.
So vote for what’s best you and your family and March 1st we are still Spirit pilots. One thing I’ve really liked since I’ve been here is the group of pilots except maybe the ORL strangler.
Hope we don’t create a hostile environment whichever way it goes.

Always apply the Golden Rule and treat other as you would like to be treated.
Always be humble and kind.
Always be respect, courteous, and professional.
Always appreciate what we DO have versues what we DONT have.
Always be optimistic and have a good attitude as what we give out will come back.
I know all of ua are going to get everything we wanted in this CBA, no pilot ever has, but I truly see the big picture pf this place, it has sooo much potential! Yes we will always be less than the Big 4, but sometimes we as pilots are our own worst enemies when it comes to just how really good we have it. I absolutely have worked hard and deserve Top dollar for my professional skills, Spirit will never be the highest paid, but it’s a Great Pilot group, great QOL, relaxed place to work, lots growth ahead, fly the A320 series (best narrow body IMHOP) and we have had the potential to create our unique culture here. It’s always great to compare where we should be and strive to get there and that’s normal, but to be grateful how far we have come, and I believe how far we will go really puts things into perspective. I’m proud to live in the good ole USA, have a good Union, work for a growing Major Airline, etc.! It’s easy to losse perspective and complain and be bitter but where does that really get you in the end? Alot of peole in other industries literally kill themselves just to make the $$$ we do. Even with our current CBA. Not to mention our huge QOL bennies and Pass Travel! I encourage each and every one of us to take the High Road. Keep our chins held hi, we have to enjoy one day at a time, I hope to look back the day I retire and just smile and say, “That was a fun and rewarding career, at a pretty good place to work, making a pretty good living.”
