Did try the cut above pants. I only wear their shirts but didn’t like the material on the pants. Been waiting for a short Atl to visit the Crew outfitters store but I’m just gonna ride the company pants I hate until we switch over now

Macys has a decent cotton/poly blend that is a VERY close color match to the official zip-tie and doesn't "shine" too much (ie. not obviously cheap poly). It has a comfort-fit waistband and is usually on sale for a reasonable price. Wash and wear, I wore a few pairs for over a year and they never needed pressing, just wash, throw in the dryer until *almost dry*, and hang up. After a year and a half they still looked fine. My only complaint was if I forgot to use a fabric softener sheet, the static cling could be irritating.

Haha. I agreee. However saying that to a group that rocks dockers, golf “quick dry” pants, and Billabong chinos. I had a 2 year FO of ours try to tell me his black pants were ok because you couldn’t even tell they were black. Guess what, yes you can easily.
There is a reason why we continue to be told to dress like grown ups from union emails, because we have too many that don’t.
I’m not trying to get into another forum uniform thread, it’s a lost cause. But it’s clear we have a large percentage of guys who will never get “it,” no matter what color our uniform changes to.
We will switch to black and guys will still wear their blue pants because “I paid for them.” Anyone want to take a bet this won’t be the case?

But yeah I saw a guy last week wearing a BLACK North Face jacket with his NAVY pants. Dude! You are not at your regional anymore...look like a professional. Or even better, I saw an FO with BRIGHT blue pants on. Haha

You know, sometimes the black North Face jacket is the only option while a new FO waits on his uniform jacket to come in or get fitted.
It took several months for me since I ordered mine just as switched to HP and M&H couldn’t figure it out. I spent about as much getting the jacket fitted as on the jacket.
So it’s not always a slob trying to get away with wearing what he wants.

Incentex sent me the wrong size blazer twice, the second time I sent it back they just cancelled my order. I don’t have a blazer. It’s not necessarily the pilot, it’s the terrible uniform companies they use.
