Anyone hired in July won’t be finished with training and OE until late August/early September. That vacancy bid is for August and reflects the fact that they only hired 4 in June.

The last vacancy bid doesn't cover July for new-hires, (4 new-hires planned for June 3rd). It only has 4 CUG for July, but CUG is a month shorter than NH class, so I guess if we really get 56 NH in July, we will see about 26 CUG for an August class on the 19-09 vacancy.....

I went to MTC in DFW today and figure I would post about my experience. All they had me do was sit down with a Corporate Recruiter and talk about my resume. She asked me if I had any check ride failures, which I don't, and if I had any incidents or accidents. I had an engine failure from a mechanical issue when I was a private pilot so we discussed that briefly. She also asked me if I had ever flown Spirit before, which unfortunately I have not. She also asked me why I wanted to work for Spirit. I asked her how she liked working for them and brought up a few other talking points about the company. We talked for about ten minutes and that was it.
Did anyone else go to the MTC is DFW today? What was your experience?
